Network-Wide Ad Blocking with Pi-hole

Turn a Raspberry Pi Zero 2 W into an always-on DNS filter, then have your router send home-network DNS queries through it so matching ad and tracking domains are blocked before clients connect to them.

Home-network clients send DNS to Pi-hole; allowed domains continue to an upstream resolver while blocked ad/tracker domains stop at Pi-hole.
Pi-hole filters DNS decisions; it does not proxy all web traffic.
